The project presented several challenges. RB Traders initially lacked a concrete design, requiring Gahumi to provide design assistance from scratch. The client had high expectations for color accuracy and stitching quality, demanding meticulous attention to detail during production. Managing multiple design iterations and accommodating frequent changes required patience and adaptability from the Gahumi team. The need for a quick turnaround while maintaining high quality added to the complexity.
Gahumi proactively offered design solutions and created initial drafts to assist RB Traders in visualizing their product. The team meticulously addressed the client’s concerns regarding color and stitching, ensuring the final product met their stringent quality standards. Gahumi successfully delivered 1200 custom-printed quick-dry shirts to RB Traders, enhancing their souvenir shop’s product line. By providing an alternative fabric sample, Gahumi not only prevented a potential order cancellation but also secured an additional order of 200 shirts. Gahumi helped the client produce samples twice, and the final adjustment was completed in only 3 days, and the bulk goods were completed in 7 days.
