The primary goal was to deliver 100 custom-designed polyester scarves to Aysha Abdallah well in advance of their critical December 20th deadline. This involved ensuring the material was suitable, the logo design was perfected through iteration, and the entire production and shipping process was optimized for speed and quality.
The client initially preferred pure cotton, which proved incompatible with the desired design complexity. Gahumi proposed a 120g polyester alternative that offered better print fidelity. A further challenge arose when the client found the initial logo placement too small, requiring a precise adjustment and re-evaluation of the design during the sampling phase, all while keeping the strict deadline in mind.
Gahumi’s team proactively recommended the 120g polyester fabric, showcasing its suitability for the design and print quality. We provided clear mock-ups and swiftly incorporated the client’s feedback on logo size, ensuring the final design met their aesthetic requirements. Our efficient production planning ensured that these adjustments did not compromise the crucial delivery date.
