The primary objective was to manufacture 250 acrylic scarves according to the client’s specific design, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to all specifications, including dimensions and tassel details. Gahumi’s goal was to provide a seamless OEM/ODM experience, delivering a product that met the client’s quality expectations and business needs efficiently, thereby strengthening the partnership.
The production process was generally smooth, with no major difficulties. However, a minor issue arose during sample development where an ink application on a blank square needed correction, requiring a re-run for that specific sample. Logistically, the shipping freight cost was underestimated due to the final package volume exceeding initial estimates. Additionally, the final delivery timeline was extended by the shipping carrier’s transit time, which is outside Gahumi’s direct manufacturing control.
Gahumi’s solution centered on its core strength: precise OEM/ODM manufacturing. We meticulously followed the client’s design to produce the acrylic scarves, promptly correcting the sampling error to meet exact specifications. We managed the logistical adjustments regarding shipping costs and maintained efficient production schedules. Our commitment to quality assurance ensured that despite external factors like shipping carrier delays, the manufactured product met the client’s high standards.
The successful completion of the 250 custom acrylic scarves order, meeting high-quality standards and precise design requirements, stands as a key achievement. The client expressed strong satisfaction with the product quality. Manufacturing was completed within one month, underscoring Gahumi’s efficient production capabilities and reliability as a custom manufacturer.
