Xuancheng People’s Hospital is a prominent healthcare institution dedicated to serving the community of Xuancheng city. As a comprehensive hospital, it focuses on delivering high-quality medical services, promoting public health, and engaging with its community through various initiatives. For this particular project, the hospital sought to procure custom-designed canvas bags, likely for an internal event, public health campaign, or as branded items for staff and visitors. Their requirement emphasized practicality, durability, and a unisex design, reflecting their commitment to quality even in promotional materials.

Xuancheng People’s Hospital aimed to enhance its brand visibility within the community and strengthen engagement through practical and high-quality promotional items. The custom canvas bags were intended to serve multiple purposes, from being distributed at events to being used by staff, subtly promoting the hospital’s presence and values. The primary objective was to acquire durable, appealing, and cost-effective bags that could be widely used, thereby extending the hospital’s outreach and reinforcing its image as a reliable and community-oriented institution. The hospital was looking for a manufacturing partner who could understand their specific needs and deliver a product that aligned with their brand’s quality standards, even under time constraints.

The project presented several key challenges. Firstly, the client, Xuancheng People’s Hospital, was initially unsure about the exact design specifications for the canvas bags. They had a general idea but needed expert guidance to finalize the style, size, and features, ensuring the bags were both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Secondly, the delivery timeline was very tight, with a firm deadline of August 10th for 700 units, leaving little room for error or extensive revisions. This compressed schedule required rapid material sourcing, efficient production planning, and agile decision-making. Furthermore, the bags needed to be unisex, durable (medium to high quality), and within a specific budget (under 20 RMB per unit), adding layers of complexity to material selection and manufacturing processes.

Gahumi initiated a highly collaborative process, actively engaging with Xuancheng People’s Hospital to clarify their vision for the custom canvas bags. Our design team provided multiple feasible options, including the popular “Pang Dong Lai” series, offering visual mock-ups and material samples to help the client visualize and select the perfect styles. This proactive approach ensured that the client’s evolving requirements were met efficiently, transforming their initial uncertainties into concrete design choices. To meet the tight 15-day deadline, Gahumi leveraged its 31 years of manufacturing experience and robust supply chain. We optimized our production schedule, prioritizing the hospital’s order and ensuring seamless coordination between our raw material center, sewing center, and printing center. Our flexible manufacturing capability allowed us to quickly procure suitable materials, expedite the customization process, and implement stringent quality checks, ensuring all 700 bags were produced to the required medium-to-high quality standard and delivered ahead of the stipulated deadline.
