Duku Culture Exchange (Nantong) Co., Ltd. is a prominent enterprise dedicated to fostering cultural understanding and exchange, based in the vibrant city of Nantong, China. As part of their dynamic initiatives, they frequently engage in projects that require custom promotional merchandise, serving as tangible representations of their brand values and cultural narratives. Duku Culture’s primary goal for this project was to acquire 1000 customized 12-oz black pure cotton sizing canvas bags. Key objectives included ensuring precise color matching for woven labels, consistent label placement, immaculate cross-stitching on bag openings, and adherence to specific fabric sizing requirements. The project demanded a partner who could manage complex production stages with a commitment to both aesthetic quality and timely delivery, ultimately aiming to enhance their brand presence through premium promotional items.

The project presented several challenges requiring Gahumi’s expertise. Firstly, custom woven labels demanded exact color matching and consistent placement for all 1000 units. Secondly, the bag opening’s cross-stitching needed to be perfectly neat, robust, and color-matched to the sample. Furthermore, the 12-oz pure cotton fabric required a specific sizing process that added complexity and time, necessitating seamless coordination across all production stages to meet the delivery timeline.
