The project presented several challenges, including achieving precise color matching for the flag tube, managing shipping costs to Tunisia, and accommodating the client’s preferred payment method. Gahumi had to iterate on the design, find a cost-effective shipping solution via consolidated shipping, and convince the client to use TT transfer instead of L/C. The client was very nice to communicate. These challenges tested Gahumi’s flexibility and problem-solving skills.

To address the color matching issue, Gahumi produced multiple samples until the client was satisfied with the flag tube’s color. A cheaper shipping solution was found through consolidated shipping, aligning with the client’s budget. Gahumi also persuaded the client to use TT transfer by explaining the benefits and offering a detailed proforma invoice, along with a refund mechanism via Alibaba payment link if needed.
