A client approached Gahumi with a critical need for custom satin scarves to be used as promotional merchandise for an upcoming World Cup event. The requirement was for 1500 pieces, but with a complex twist: 30 different designs, each needing unique attention. The most significant constraint was the extremely tight delivery schedule of just 10 days, demanding immediate action and flawless execution from the manufacturing partner.
The client’s primary goal was to secure 1500 custom satin scarves, incorporating 30 distinct designs, and have them delivered within a strict 10-day timeframe. These scarves were essential for an upcoming World Cup event, making timely delivery and product quality paramount to the client’s promotional campaign success.
The project presented significant challenges:
1. Extremely Tight Deadline: A mere 10 days for production and delivery of 1500 units.
2. Design Complexity: Managing and accurately producing 30 different, unique designs.
3. Quantity Variance: Handling potentially different quantities for each of the 30 designs.

To meet these demanding requirements, Gahumi implemented a rapid-response strategy. Leveraging the client’s prior satisfaction with Gahumi’s material quality (from previously sent samples), the team prioritized the order. A dedicated task force was assigned to meticulously manage the 30 designs and their respective quantities, ensuring accuracy at every step. Production lines were optimized for speed without compromising quality, enabling the tight 10-day turnaround.
Gahumi successfully produced and delivered all 1500 custom satin scarves within the stipulated 10-day period.
