Gahumi faced several challenges in fulfilling this order. The project started just before the Chinese New Year holiday, which meant a very tight production schedule. Securing custom cotton yarn and weaving fabric was also difficult. Furthermore, the client had strict requirements for low linting, dimensional accuracy (within +/- 1cm), and specific delivery times. The post-holiday instability in workforce also added to the complexity.
To overcome these challenges, Gahumi prioritized pre-holiday design confirmation and order placement. Gahumi secured high-quality custom cotton yarn and optimized the weaving process. Stringent quality control measures were implemented to minimize linting and ensure dimensional accuracy. Gahumi also coordinated closely with the client to ensure timely delivery during their business hours.
