Khua Kling – Pak Sod is a renowned Thai restaurant celebrated for its authentic Southern Thai cuisine and fresh ingredients. Known for delivering a unique culinary experience, the brand extends its dedication to quality beyond its dishes, aiming to provide customers with a holistic brand experience. Khua Kling – Pak Sod aimed to strengthen customer loyalty and expand its brand reach by offering distinctive, high-quality merchandise. Their goal was to deepen brand image and communicate brand values through custom-designed canvas bags that captured their unique aesthetic. For Gahumi, the objective was to showcase our production strength and OEM capabilities, proving our expertise in delivering bespoke fabric printing and sewing solutions that meet stringent client specifications for election advertising products and custom packaging. This project was a testament to our commitment to precision and client satisfaction in specialized manufacturing.

The project presented several intricate challenges. The “bottomless, non-side spliced” canvas bag design with a specific horizontal dimension of 36.5*51*16CM demanded extreme precision in cutting and sewing, allowing only positive tolerance for internal space. A critical hurdle was ensuring the bag opening stitching precisely overlapped with the 3.7*31.5CM high handles, which were sewn directly onto the spliced bag body. Double-sided embroidery on the outer pocket and the addition of a 3.7*3.7 side woven label required meticulous alignment and quality control. Furthermore, the client mandated individual OPP bag packaging within cartons not exceeding 20KG, adding another layer of strictness to the post-production process, all within a tight 15-day delivery window for 600 units.

Gahumi addressed these challenges with a multi-faceted approach, leveraging our 31 years of manufacturing expertise. We engaged our specialized sewing center to meticulously manage the intricate bag opening and handle overlap, employing skilled craftsmen and rigorous in-process checks to ensure perfect alignment and durability. To guarantee precise dimensions and avoid negative tolerances, our cutting and sewing teams implemented enhanced calibration and double-verification protocols. For the double-sided embroidery and woven label integration, dedicated embroidery specialists utilized advanced machinery to achieve flawless execution. We provided the client with two rounds of sampling, allowing for direct feedback and approval, which streamlined the production process. Our packaging team developed a tailored workflow to meet the specific individual OPP bag and carton weight requirements, ensuring compliance and product protection. This systematic approach, combined with proactive communication, enabled us to overcome all manufacturing complexities.
