Playground, a popular musical ensemble, sought to elevate their concert experience by offering exclusive, high-quality merchandise. This initiative aimed to strengthen the connection with their fanbase, provide tangible souvenirs of the live event, and present a cohesive visual representation of the band’s identity through a unified product line.
The primary objective for Playground was to enhance fan engagement by providing unique, high-quality merchandise that aligned with the concert’s theme and the band’s brand. Key goals included sourcing all items from a single manufacturer to ensure identical color representation across T-shirts, waist bags, socks, and hats. A critical requirement was the delivery of the entire order within a demanding 20-day timeframe, necessitating efficient production and logistical coordination.
The project presented several key challenges: a compressed 20-day production and delivery schedule for a substantial order of 6,000 items across four different product categories. The critical requirement for absolute color consistency across all items, produced by a single factory, added significant complexity to material sourcing and printing processes. Coordinating diverse manufacturing stages under one roof for a live event demand was paramount.
Gahumi leveraged its comprehensive in-house manufacturing facilities and extensive supply chain network to meet Playground’s demands. We established a dedicated production line, managing the creation of T-shirts, waist bags, socks, and hats simultaneously. Our expert team implemented advanced color matching techniques and strict quality control checkpoints throughout the process, ensuring the unified color requirement was met. This integrated approach allowed for rapid prototyping, efficient production scheduling, and adherence to the tight 20-day deadline.
