1. Extensive Sizing: Each garment type (short sleeve T-shirt, long sleeve T-shirt, polo shirt, hat) needed to be available in 36 distinct sizes (SKUs) to ensure a proper fit for all employees.
2. Custom Material Specifications: The client required specific fabric compositions, custom colors, and precise weight (GSM) for all apparel.
3. Budgetary Constraints: The project had a strict budget, necessitating cost-effective manufacturing and sourcing solutions.
4. Urgent Delivery: The order needed to be fulfilled rapidly, with a tight deadline immediately following the Chinese New Year holiday.

2. High SKU Count: Producing 36 unique sizes for each of the four product types (T-shirts, polos, hats) resulted in a very high SKU count, with some individual sizes falling below standard Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs).
