Senegal VIVO & Shell sought to reinforce their brand presence in the Senegalese market through high-quality, customized promotional hats. The project faced several significant challenges. First, the client required precise Pantone color matching for a small batch of pure cotton hats, which is difficult to achieve as most suppliers opt for close approximations. Second, the logo design featured a continuous line across the brim and crown, making accurate embroidery and alignment crucial to avoid a misaligned and low-quality appearance. Finally, the intricate logo design with fine lines required advanced embroidery techniques to ensure clarity and detail.

To overcome these challenges, Gahumi implemented several key solutions. First, we sourced small-batch custom dyeing to precisely match the client’s specified Pantone colors, ensuring brand consistency. Second, we utilized advanced logo positioning techniques and employed experienced sewers with over 30 years of expertise to ensure accurate alignment of the logo across the hat. Finally, Gahumi’s unique printing and embroidery machines, more precise than standard equipment, were used to capture even the finest details of the logo, resulting in a high-end finish.
