The primary challenge was the extremely tight 15-day deadline to produce 180,000 flags, including the time required for color and sample confirmation. With only 13 days remaining after approvals, the large flag size (80*120 cm), double-stitched edges, and four-sided binding added complexity to the production process. Gahumi needed to optimize its production workflow to meet these stringent requirements and ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Gahumi implemented a streamlined production process, optimizing each stage from material sourcing to final packaging. We expedited the color and sample approval process and utilized advanced printing and sewing technology to accelerate production. By efficiently managing resources and coordinating closely with our team, we were able to overcome the time constraints and ensure that all 180,000 flags met the required specifications.
