The project faced two primary challenges: accurately matching the Pantone color codes and ensuring timely delivery to a remote area in Australia. Multiple pre-production samples were needed to confirm the color accuracy, and logistical considerations were crucial to mitigate potential shipping delays. Gahumi needed to overcome these hurdles to meet the client’s expectations and the tight 10-day deadline, which was essential for the Australian Football Cup.

To address the color matching challenge, Gahumi meticulously worked with the client, producing three pre-production samples to achieve the precise Pantone colors. For the logistical challenge, Gahumi proactively managed the shipping process, selecting a reliable courier and closely monitoring the delivery to ensure it arrived before the event. Effective communication and proactive problem-solving were key to overcoming these challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction.
